+1 can mean:

• +1, the ITU country code for the North American Numbering Plan Area, including the United States, Canada, and parts of the Caribbean
• +1, a rare or high quality version of an item in a role-playing game
• Chase +1 student Visa, a VISA (credit card) brand[1]
• +1, a suffix attached to the names of timeshift channels, signifying that it plays its shows an hour later
• A way of voting on mailing lists and forums, used for example by the Apache Software Foundation and other Open Source organizations. By extension, +1 also often means "yes" or "agreed" on such communication channels.
• A jargon term, used to agree with the parent post and show support. The use stems from moderation tactics of some forums in which points are awarded to posts as a way of rating them. Also used to denote a message board post made for no other reason than to raise the user's post count.
• At night clubs where admission is charged, typically for a performing event, there is usually a guest list for people who do not have to pay or wait in line. "+1" means that a named guest can bring in a date or one other unnamed person as if they were also on the list. This can be extended to "+2" and beyond, but that is much less common.
