Strasbourg - Saint-Denis is a station of the Paris Métro, serving line 4, line 8, and line 9.
This station was formerly called Boulevard Saint-Denis. It is named for rue Saint-Denis, commemorating Saint Denis, the first bishop of Paris and patron saint of France, and for boulevard de Strasbourg, so called because it leads to the Gare de l'Est whence trains to Strasbourg depart.
